General Code of Conduct.


Policy Description.

This Code is applicable to all Ariel Technology Contractors/Suppliers/Sub-contractors refered as ‘’The Partners’’ and their employees (be they temporary, casual or permanent), agents and sub-contractors.

Ariel Technology requires all the partners to conduct their business dealings with Ariel Technology in compliance with this Code and in compliance with all laws applicable to the Partner’s’ business, wherever conducted.


By entering into business transactions with Ariel Technology, the partner agrees to abide by the terms of this Code and acknowledges that compliance with this Code is required to maintain the their status as Ariel Technology Partner. Ariel Technology shall have the right to terminate any Partner’s contract for failure to comply with the provisions of this Code. Ariel Technology recognizes that local laws may in some instances be less restrictive than the provisions of this Code. In such instances the partners are expected to comply with the Code. If local laws are more restrictive than the Code, then the partners are expected to comply with applicable local laws.


In particular, our partners must comply with the following:

  1. Anticorruption Policy & general Code of Conduct.

  2. Health and Safety.

  3. Environmental Matters and the Community.

  4. Gender Parity Policy.

  5. Quality Assurance

  6. Compliance and implementation.

  • Licenses and Returns

  • Taxation, Financial and Retention of Records

  • Business Continuity Management

  • Information & data security

7. Employment Relations.

  • Child Labour.

  • Forced Labour and Disciplinary Practices.

  • Freedom of Association.
